Hudson Keagle and Jessica Markiewicz are the owners and operators of Keaglewicz Farms since 2023, located in Round Mountain, Texas.

With the mindset of escaping an urban lifestyle, Hudson and Jess moved from downtown Seattle, WA, to central Texas in search of something more meaningful, sustainable, and sunnier! Finally, in 2023, they landed in Round Mountain, Texas. 

With 20+ years of culinary experience behind them, they did not want to completely abandon the restaurant industry, but found the need to shift gears. With green thumbs and an already impressive plant collection (thank you COVID!), they started growing microgreens in their garage. 

Now, with an operation out of their barn in Texas Hill Country and their values centered around transparency, community support, and health, they are providing nutritional and creative microgreens to chefs and restaurants.  With a focus on sustainable and regenerative practices, they have found their passion to create, "real, good food".
